The Building

Westminster Arch Apartments is situated at the corners of Arch and 23rd Streets in Center City Philadelphia.

There is a leasing office on the first floor of the building. Office hours are M-F 9AM-5PM.

The main entrance to the building is from Arch Street. A rust colored canopy marks the entrance and leads into a large quarry tiled lobby decorated with modern art.

Elevators take you to the upper residential floors. The corridors are carpeted and decorated in earth tones.

You can access the landscaped courtyard from the first floor lobby. Here you will find benches and a quiet place to sit and relax in the shade or sun.

Driving directions from the West I-76 E Take the I-676 (Left lane exit), number 38, towards CENTRAL PHILADELPHIA Merge onto VINE ST EXWY. 0.1 miles Take the 23RD St. exit towards BEN FRANKLIN PARKWAY Keep LEFT at the fork in the ramp. Stay straight to go onto WINTER ST. Turn RIGHT onto N 21ST ST Turn RIGHT onto ARCH ST Westminster is two blocks on your right (corner of 23rd & Arch)
